Rich Vintage endeavours to ensure all pricing is as accurate as possible and every effort has been taken to ensure no mistakes in the description or pricing of our clothing, however, if any inaccuracies are found on the site we reserve the right to amend these without warning or prior notice.
From time to time we offer voucher codes and specialist discounts – these will be valid only for the time specified and we have the right to withdraw or alter these prices without warning or prior notice
Placing an order
Shopping with Rich Vintage is simple – to place an order select the product/s you would like to purchase and add to basket. Once you have finished browsing you can proceed to the secure checkout area. If you have registered details with us previously you will be asked to login. All online orders are confirmed by email – this is a simple order acknowledgement it does not make it legally binding. The order is only accepted when payment has been processed and stock allocated, and the order shipped. Rich Vintage reserves the right to decline your order if it cannot be fulfilled.
Cancellation Policy
Once you have placed an order you will get an email confirmation. If you change your mind, please email your cancellation request by return for a full refund. This email must be received before your order is dispatched.
